What are rough, final and touch-up cleans?
A rough clean removes debris and dust after major trades finish. The final clean is the detailed pass before turnover. A touch-up clean handles dust and fingerprints right before the owner walkthrough or move-in.

Can you work around other trades still on site?
Yes. We phase the work with your superintendent so cleaning follows the trades instead of getting in their way.

Can you meet a short turnover deadline?
Tell us your date during the walkthrough. We'll build the schedule around it and confirm it in writing.
Do you remove construction waste or hazardous materials?
No. Dumpsters, heavy construction debris and any hazardous materials stay with your project's waste and abatement providers. We remove the bagged, non-hazardous debris from our cleaning, as agreed in the scope.

Can you stay on after turnover?
Yes. Once the building is occupied, we can move to regular janitorial service with the same point of contact.
